Southern District Dragon Culture Education Extravaganza

This large-scale educational event, "Southern District Dragon Culture Education Extravaganza," is jointly organized by the Southern District Joint Schools Conference and the Southern District All Sectors Celebration Committee. On June 30th, the committee held its second event in Stanley – the "Celebrating the Return Dragon Boat Educational Experience Carnival" – to celebrate the return [of Hong Kong to China], allowing participants to learn about traditional Chinese culture and cultivate a sense of national identity in the next generation. Students also designed four display boards to introduce the origins of the Dragon Boat Festival and how it embodies patriotic spirit and the inheritance of the Chinese national identity and family values.
