Concerning the strong demand for rehabilitation services from caregivers of the children with special learning needs, Lok Sin Tong took the lead in opening the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society Kowloon Headquarters, which provides tailor-made case management and follow-up services for children with different needs such as speech therapy, occupational therapy assessment and training, etc., plus other multi-disciplinary training, to nurture their growth, help them develop their potential and strengths.
